INTERNATIONAL HUMANITARIAN AND ECONOMICS INSTITUTE
IHEI was established in September 1994. By order of the Minister for Education and Science of the Republic of Belarus of September 23, 1994 258 the Statute of the International Humanitarian and Economic Institute was registered and license 39 to set up a higher education establishment was granted. The license for IHEI activities was extended until September 1, 2004 by order 641 of the Minister for Education of the Republic of Belarus, of October 22, 1999. The nonprofit organization 'Private ed... ucation establishment International Humanitarian and Economic Institute' was registered by decision of the Minsk City Executive Committee of 03.11.2004 2231 in the Single State Register of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs numbered 101120506. The IHEI redrafted Statute was approved by the record of proceedings 2 of May 25, 2005 at the general meeting of close corporation 'Vedy' stockholders - the IHEI founder. The Statute was registered by resolution 1034 of June 15, 2005 by the Minsk City Executive Committee in the Single State Register numbered 101120506. IHEI is a nonprofit organization established by its founder - close corporation 'Vedy' as a private establishment to carry out educational activities. IHEI carries out its activity under the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus, the Civil Code of the Republic of Belarus, the Education Act and the Higher Education Act of the Republic of Belarus and other regulatory acts of the Republic of Belarus, as well as according to the IHEI Statute. According to resolution 440 of the Ministry for Education of the Republic of Belarus of 19.02.2004 IHEI was granted license 02100/0111706 that enabled the institute to carry out educational activities for another 5 (five) years until 29.04.2009. In August 2005 some changes were introduced into license 02100/0111706. The changes were registered by resolution 459 of 09.08.2005 of the Ministry for Education of the Republic of Belarus so that license 02100/0112376 was issued. In April 2009 the institute was granted license 02100/0533007 that would run for 5 years until April 2014. IHEI received state accreditation and was certified in 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2006, 2008 and 2009. We provide training of specialists with higher education in ten chief subjects. IHEI has been granted certificates of state accreditation by the Ministry for Education of the Republic of Belarus. Over 19 thousand specialists have graduated from IHEI for a period of 19 years of its activity.
