IOC INTERNATIONAL PLC
Mike raised £20M in private and public placements to initiate, build a fab, and ramp up production of integrated optics components for telecom applications. The company IPO-ed in Oct 2000 and off growing revenue and substantial design in wins, was sold to Nasdaq listed SDLi. Mike remained part of the senior management and M&A team of SDLi until the $40B merger with JDS Uniphase.
