This is a first plan. On the other hand, there are other plans where an owner can sign a "visit" plan and it will be a "counter freelancer" who will be in charge of showing it to potential buyers (or potential tenants as appropriate), who follows a strict procedure for show the property and manage to sell or lease it, earning a commission freelancer. ISBAST is an app that guides the buyer and seller through a friendly interface that connects them with the future buyer of their home. This allows the sale or lease process to be comprehensively digital and makes the sale or lease process a fast and secure experience. The plans, whether for sale or rental of properties, have a post-payment and pre-payment system, selectable by the owner himself online. On the other hand, construction companies can benefit from selling properties by isbast.com with options to list properties, quotations modules, reserve modules, and receive payments online while competing with large constructions companies. Recently, isbast.com has a module for "reading" properties on the internet obtaining data from owners which are automatically uploaded to the CRM and provide valuable information to support the free property appraisal app to help homeowners who wish to check its actual sale value. With this, we can cross data to apply AI functions in auto-valuation (or Mortgage valuations) and be able to improve our algorithm for predicting prices and attracting new customers.More
