Jeff Kaller, a Real Estate Acquisitions Manager and designer of Conservation Communities. As Director for Advocates for Communities a non-profit, our team designs, capitalizes and founds "Communities in Harmony, Prosperity and Preservation of Mother Earth". Our core vision is sustainable food, energy, up-cycled and re-cycle building materials and technology systems that foster socially conscious communities. Merkaba Village is an agrarian based community designed to accommodate about 200 families. Merkaba Village will foster sustainable living through trainings, workshops and a multiple use training center. In time, our sister community will be formed in Southern Patagonia, Chile. These live/work villages are designed as vibrant, intentional, and ecologically aware communities. We are united by common economic, social and spiritual values. Our team has committed systems in place to foster a hyper-local economy integrated into the local surrounding economy.
