Located in the heart of historic South Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, the JNA Institute of Culinary Arts is dedicated to producing well-trained culinary artists through its hands-on academics that integrate theory, coursework and the development of positive self-image and marketing skills. Programs offered at JNA include a 30-week Professional Cooking program and a 60-week Culinary Arts/Restaurant Management program. Students choosing the Professional Cooking program will complete some of their work at a local restaurant or food service site. The programs also feature specialty sessions like Sojourns in Tasting, where students pair up to prepare a multi-course meal that reflects the flavors of an assigned region.
