Our goals are to improve 1) Intelligent matching - Understanding people's capability informs what is needed for success, this is the foundation of intelligent matching of people to resources. 2) Economic Growth Quality - Relieve the limitations in existing technology & processes to increase the quality of economic growth models through opinionated tools. 3) Reduce Bias - We're only human and existing tech is built on our weaknesses, we aim to reduce bias in our ways of working by humanising data.
