Journey was created to share meditation in a way that all people could relate to, wherever they are in life. It has created a simple yet powerful technique that could appeal to a large-scale audience, changing a lot of people’s lives. It takes a step beyond meditation by introducing six simple yet powerful Life Lessons. Founded in 2015 by Stephen Sokoler, Journey Meditation is headquartered in New York.
