Conveniently located in Spring Hill and Woolloongabba, we are a team of remedial massage and myotherapists on a mission to shift australian's attitude towards health and raise the bar of soft tissue treatment in Australia. We get that it is easier to just seek help once you have pain or tightness. However, often by that stage it's a long journey back to health. We want to help Australian's understand that being proactive about their health and wellbeing can keep them doing the things they enjo... y for longer and save them money in the long run. We off Remedial Massage, Dry Needling, Myotherapy, Stretching Classes, Deep Tissue Massage and Sports Massage as a start and are in the process of expanding our list of services. Our long term goal is to offer you a 360 degree service for your health and well being! (Watch this space!) We perform a thorough health assessment and range of movement testing to identify areas of your body that are tight or possibly causing you problems. We create a treatment plan specific to your needs and will refer out to other practitioners in our highly regarded referral network if we believe they can help you get better faster. You don't just get us, you get a team of health professionals!! Appointments start of $60 for 30mins and dependent on your needs we offer 45 minute, 60 minute, 90 minute appointments.
