KEGALLE PLANTATIONS
Kegalle plantations is engaged in cultivation and processing of rubber, tea, coconut and other crops. The company manages 17 estates in Kegalle, Kurunegala & Badulla districts. 63 % of revenue is contributed by Rubber, 31% by Tea & and the rest 6% by Coconut and other crops. The company has 4 million kilograms of average rubber production per annum. It has the competitive advantage of having its six tea estates located in three different agro-climatic areas. The company is a fully owned subsidiary of Richard Pieris & Company.
