KnotProfit is an innovative, online platform that enables the modern couple to make a difference with their wedding by connecting couples to nonprofit organizations and socially conscious wedding vendors like never done before. Couples start by creating their custom wedding website through KnotProfit and choosing any nonprofit organization. They can then opt for a donation-based wedding registry--solving the void many modern couples feel when it comes to creating a meaningful wedding registry ex... perience with their guests. If their guests do insist on purchasing them physical items, they can crowd-fund for big ticket items while still enjoying a piece of mind since a portion of their guests' donations will go towards their nonprofit project. They can also book wedding vendors, all of which make a donation to the nonprofit organization of the couple's choice and provide the couple a discount for fundraising. KnotProfit was created from the frustrations co-founders, Joshua and Kritika, found during their own wedding planning process. Founded in Ohio, KnotProfit is a FlashStarts Accelerator and Braintree Business Development Center Company.
