Kyma's mission is to create innovative materials & device technologies that support a greener planet and a better quality of life. Kyma's portfolio of products and services includes crystalline wide bandgap semiconductor (WBGS) and ultra-wide bandgap semiconductor (UWBGS) materials as well as select crystal growth tools for producing such materials and select devices fabricated from such materials. Kyma's portfolio of WBGS & UWBGS materials includes GaN, AlGaN, AlN, Ga2O3, and diamond. Kyma al... so offers plasma vapor deposition (PVD) and hydride vapor phase epitaxy (HVPE) crystal growth systems. Kyma's device product line includes GaN based high speed photoconductive semiconductor switch (PCSS) devices and select custom devices. Kyma offers device design, development, and fabrication services, materials characterization services, and has a full machine shop which customers can access in several different ways.
