L&L has a current portfolio of over 6 million square feet, comprised of many notable properties including 195 Broadway, 200 Fifth Avenue, 150 Fif... th Avenue, 114 Fifth Avenue, Metropolitan Tower, 600 Third Avenue, 315 Park Avenue South and 511 West 25th Street. L&L Holding Company also has three new development projects underway; 425 Park Avenue will be the first new block front office building on Park Avenue in 50 years, 390 Madison is the most ambitious re-massing of a New York City office building and TSX Broadway will be a new mecca for entertainment, retail and hospitality in the number one tourist destination in the world, Times Square.
