The award-winning L’Academie de Cuisine in Gaithesburg, Maryland, offers a highly respected professional culinary training program as well as cooking courses for hobbyists and those looking to gain more culinary knowledge. The professional culinary arts program at L’Academie provides rigorous training for the future chef, as well as externship assignments, many of which lead to full-time work after graduation.
