LAKE FUSION TECHNOLOGIES
LFT develops and provides rule-based safety relevant LiDAR perception algorithms and sensor data fusion and has the focus on - filtering of artifacts as well as performance assurance of laser-based sensors especially in bad weather conditions - rule-based LiDAR algorithms (the intelligence of sensor technology) for detecting the environment - safety relevant sensor data fusion for environment detection systems of different platforms. The LFT team comes from the Airbus organization Avionics, where they developed and marketed laser-based obstacle and collision warning systems for helicopters including the perception SW. The LFTs' vision today is based on its many years of experience and competence in aviation to make autonomous driving safe - pilot safe through road traffic.
