LAKEHOUSE ACADEMY
Lakehouse Academy is a therapeutic boarding school, meeting the needs of pre-teen and teenage girls between the ages of 12 and 16. Nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina, our lakefront school provides students with a home-like environment and an optimal setting for healing. As an accredited school through the National Independent Private Schools Association, we follow all academic standards for the State of North Carolina, fully equipping our students for academic success while addressing emotional and behavioral challenges. Lake House Academy has a unique approach to treatment, prioritizing academics without shying away from clinical therapy. Our holistic approach weaves research modalities and emotional and social development with sensory and cognitive processing.
