LAND TRUST FO THE TREASURE VALLEY
Land Trust of the Treasure Valley works with private and public landowners to creatively protect working farms and ranches, wildlife habitats, outdoor recreation areas, and other lands. Their job is to help the landowner set up a conservation easement to permanently protect their lands for generations to follow. Then monitor and steward the lands according to the easement parameters. A conservation easement is a permanent real estate instrument that defines conservation values on a property and protects it.
