LES BERGES DE LOSA

Created in 1995 by Sabine Royer and Renaud Hardy, the group Berges de Losa specializes in upscale outdoor hotels. Of the five sites operated by the company, two are located in Aquitaine, two in Languedoc-Roussillon and one in Brittany, for a total of 1,671 sites. In 2006 and 2007, M Capital Partners, alongside the FSI Régions, participated, through two successive investments, in the Group's growth through external growth. These investments have led to the acquisition of two campsites: Les Almad... ies in Vendée and Les Granges in Dordogne. In 2011, at the same time as the sale of one of the Group's historic campsites, La Loubine, the shareholders decided to organize the exit of the investors for the benefit of the management, exit which allowed to release comfortable levels of profitability emphasizing 5 years of growth supported.? 2 years later, it is natural that the leaders have turned to M Capital Partners and the FSI regions to finance the acquisition of Camping 4 * Mar Estang, with 600 locations in Canet Plage in Languedoc-Roussillon.More
