With an impressive list of alumni that includes Langston Hughes and Thurgood Marshall, Lincoln prides itself on being a premier historically black university. Lincoln University is an HBCU. Lincoln University continues its tradition of academic excellence today, offering undergraduate and graduate degree programs through the following divisions: *School of Humanities *School of Natural Sciences and Mathematics *School of Social Sciences and Behavioral Studies *School of Graduate Studies The u... niversity’s undergraduate academics include more than 20 programs of study. You can choose from traditional liberal arts subjects like English and history as well as the sciences, fine arts and pre-professional programs. The School of Graduate Studies currently offers master’s degrees in Education, Human Services, Administration and Reading. Lincoln University uses rolling admissions, so while there is no official application deadline, it is recommended that you apply early. Undergraduate admissions requirements include SAT/ACT scores, two letters of recommendation and an application essay. Graduate admissions requirements vary by program. Most financial aid at Lincoln is need-based, coming from federal and state sources as well as the Lincoln University Grant. Institutional scholarships are available for students with at least 30 credits. These awards are based on merit, requiring at least a 3.0 GPA for consideration.
