SadanandaMaiya went back to the original family business of running a South Indian vegetarian restaurant in 2008, with his son Mr. P. Sudarshan Maiya venturing into the space. Maiyas Beverages And Foods Private Limited offers ready-to-eat food. It also owns and operates processed foods and the restaurant business divisions. The processed foods segment has appoximately 50 varieties of savouries and 200 varieties of sweets. The company also exports these products to Japan. The company was founded in 1988 and is based in Bangalore, India
