MARQUETTE UNIVERSITY
Marquette University (MU) is a large Catholic school located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. It offers a wealth of undergraduate majors and minors like Civil and Environmental Engineering, Operations and Supply Chain Management, and Social Welfare and Justice. The school also includes career-training programs in dentistry, law and medicine. The school has master’s and doctoral programs as well, in areas such as Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Foreign Languages and Literatures, and Transfusion Med... icine. Eligible students have the option to apply for financial aid to help cover the cost of tuition. In promoting Christian values, MU encourages its students to get involved in service to the community. There is an on-campus community service center with resources for those who want to help those less fortunate and give back to society. There is also a ministry center on campus where students can worship and strengthen their faith. Volunteerism is a key component of the ministry program. Marquette offers expedient campus tours on video that can be downloaded to your iPod or iPhone.
