MATRIARK FOODS
Matriark Foods upcycles farm surplus into healthy foodservice products for the benefit of people and nature. The company works with farmers and aggregators to make use of the 40% of vegetables that would otherwise go to waste in the fields. The company also works with food service providers to utilize the hundreds of thousands of pounds of fresh-cut remnants from their food preparations. Vegetables are lightly enhanced with spices and fresh herbs, cooked, and pureed into healthy, low-sodium multi-use bases for vegetable-forward meals.
