MetaVì Labs’ migration analysis imaging and computer system automatically measures the distance travelled, speed, rest periods, pseudopodia activity, and morphology changes for thousands of individual cells. To provide proof of mechanism, its standard migration assay measures the precise dose-dependent effect of test substances on tumor cell migration. In addition to tumor cell lines, the company also tests migration of leukocytes, stem and progenitor cells, fibroblasts, or cells provided by its clients. MetaVì Labs is based in Austin, Texas.
