It can assist with any size of project from window and door openings, removal of walls, small extensions and loft conversions up to major house redevelopments, extensions, basements and new dwellings. They will generally carry out an initial inspection to assess the existing structure before producing calculations and drawings using steel, timber, masonry and concrete design. They also carry out surveys identifying and assessing structural defects where clients are buying or selling properties.
