Miura Private Equity is an independent private equity firm based in Barcelona, specialized in investing in small and medium-sized Spanish companies, with attractive growth and consolidation plans and a clear international vocation. Miura provides control-oriented capital to lower mid-market companies whose owners and/or management are in need of a strategic financial partner. Their approach is based on a proactive involvement in all portfolio companies by an uncompromised investment of time, mon... ey and expertise with the final goal of building robust and sustainable businesses in the long term. They offer a commitment to long-lasting transformation based on excellence and experience. Since 2008, they have invested in more than 33 companies through their funds Miura Fund I and Miura Fund II. In 2018, coinciding with the firm´s 10th Anniversary, they have closed their third fund, Miura Fund III, at €330 million hard cap.
