Monster & Bear is a Melbourne-based production company, founded by Sarah Hickey, Josh Mitchell-Frey and Ryan Bird in 2013. Since its establishment, the company has rapidly become known for high level production concepts, and a meticulous level of attention to detail in the commercial and narrative space. To us, although our vehicle for storytelling is an unforgiving one, it’s a beast we love to wrangle. We aim high, challenge ourselves and work closely with our clients and collaborators to pu... sh the limits of what’s possible within such an exciting medium. It’s for this very reason that we stay on top of new technologies and embrace the ever changing platforms in which these stories can be shared. With a large network of collaborators on our side, we encourage any potential clients to reach out to see how we can nurture an idea - no matter how large or small. We are chameleons, able to scale up and down where required, working nimbly with those who like to take risks with us. We’re a team of “yessers” as we like to say.
