Montreat College Though it has locations in populous cities like Charlotte and Asheville, Montreat College’s main campus is situated in the small town of Montreat. The scenic, isolated campus is the perfect place for a Christian liberal arts college like Montreat. Not only does it add outdoor exploration to student life, it also encourages a tightly knit campus where students can grow in faith. Montreat College’s main campus offers most of the school’s undergraduate academics. Several pr... ograms are available in the following subject areas: * Bible and Religion * Business and CIS * Communication * English & Languages * Fine Arts * Natural Sciences * Outdoor Education * Social Sciences If you have multiple strong academic interests, Montreat offers an interdisciplinary degree program that you can design yourself. Montreat’s School of Arts and Sciences also features a master’s program in Environmental Education, as well. Montreat offers several financial aid options. Many of these, such as the Keystone Scholarship, are based on need, so make sure to complete the FAFSA to determine your eligibility. The college recommends that you file your FAFSA before March. Application requirements at Montreat include official transcripts, test scores and recommendations. The admissions office looks for diverse, academically talented students who are committed to serving Christ.
