The total Production Budget for MsTRIAL is $624,000 (SAG_AFTRA Modified Low-Budget Agreement) offset by ~$125K in pre-sold incentive tax credits and a 50% matching fund commitment ($250K), requiring only an additional $250K to complete financing. The remaining funding of $250K represents a 30% interest in lifetime profits from the film, in addition to the priority return paid to all investors of 115%. MTP will produce MsTRIAL for 85% less than a comparable studio budget through: ~ Shooting in Georgia (Savannah), using pre-sold 30% film incentive tax credits to supplement equity.
