MyTwinPlace is a collaborative travel startup that connects travelers with hosts in more than 160 countries to share a home safely and without money exchange. Thanks to a collaborative platform, its members accommodate travelers in their homes or rooms in exchange for free accommodation when they travel. The value proposition of this startup is unique for the traveler. From MyTwinPlace they propose an innovative community approach in the home sharing sector, in which members achieve considerabl... e savings thanks to their homes. The virtual currency, the point, allows you to travel without paying accommodation costs and this system is unique in the market. MyTwinPlace has been in the accelerator Wayra Barcelona - Telefónica and has had investors such as Vincent Rosso, founder of BlaBlaCar Spain, Javier Urioste, Sabadell Venture Capital or Inveready. With more than 40,000 users, the platform closed an investment round with Business Angels during 2015 and one in early 2016.
