In 1958, N.V. Job & Sprey is nationalized by the Government of the Republic of Indonesia as a State Enterprise (PN) with the official name P.N. Yodya Karya. Since then P.N. Yodya Karya as a company engaged in working with several architectural experts and other engineering scholars, which is the embryo of the organizational structure of the company furthermore, the main activities are still in the field of consulting services for building planning and supervision of buildings. Yodya Karya the first company that decided to choose the form of Company Company (Persero), because the rate is very appropriate container and useful to develop themselves and be creative. With the official name of PT.
