NCES
NCES is a division of research and education for embedded system technology. It aims to solve the technical problems required by industry using the technical seeds of universities. NCES' activities are based on industry-academia collaboration, and are conducted in areas including practical oriented basic research, prototype software development, and human resources development related to embedded system technology. It is active since 2006 and is based in Nagoya, Japan.
