NEW MAINSTREAM CAPITAL
New MainStream Capital (“NMS”) is a New York and Dallas-based private investment firm specializing in strategic equity investments of lower middle market companies in selected growth industries. The Firm’s formation and heritage date back to the spin-out of a group of portfolio companies from the Goldman Sachs Merchant Banking Division in 2010. The two Managing Partners of the Firm were jointly responsible for the investment and management of the portfolio companies within Goldman Sachs pr... ior to the spin-out forming NMS. The principals of NMS have made numerous investments in middle market companies, which have been of varying sizes and have included both control and minority equity positions. We believe that the consistent application of our investment philosophy, while remaining adaptable to the specifics of each transaction, has been an essential ingredient to our investment strategy.
