NEWCELL TECHNOLOGIES
The company is a spin-out from Newcastle University which is recognised as a centre of excellence for Electrochemical Science and Technology. The founding academic and Scientific Director of the company is Professor Keith Scott. Professor Scott is a specialist in the field of electrochemical engineering science with particular expertise in fuel cell and electrolyser technology. Founder and Managing Director of NewCell Technologies is Dr Bob Tyson. Bob has over 30 years’ industrial experience, principally in technology and business development. The company’s staff are all qualified to PhD level in electrochemical technology applications which ensures that the company maintains a high level of capabilities in its research and development activities.
