The company was founded in 2015 by ex-Yahoo executive Jeff Zheng, with Yahoo co-founder Jerry Yang as Chief Advisor. Ex-Microsoft executive Harry Shum is the Chairman and ex-HuffPost and ex-Yahoo News executive Vincent Wu is the COO.
