Nexus Retail is a technology platform that streamlines and accelerates the development of new retail stores. It combines retailers, real estate owners, and brokers, design and construction firms, and financial institutions. From selecting a new location, to designing a store, to costing the project, to building the store, to financing the store, every activity and every related company works off the same database of information and technology platform to manage it. Participating companies are vetted for their experience in retail store development, and then actively managed by Nexus staff to ensure that outside of their participation on the Nexus platform, projects are executed. Customized Program Management Dashboards, Portals, and Tools Nexus clients are granted access to their own program management dashboard, where they can monitor and manage daily activity on individual stores, or chain wide progress. Documents are exchanged, approvals sent, and web cameras attached to each construction location allow for instant updates. For retailers, real estate owners and brokers, and municipalities, specialized portals are created to generate interest and demand for new sites and new tenants.
