NORQUIN
NorQuin is a grain and food company that currently specializes in only Canadian grown quinoa and quinoa products. Founded in 1994, NorQuin is the only Canadian grower of Quinoa. The variety they grow is called "Golden Quinoa", and is one of the world's most perfect foods. Quinoa is naturally Gluten-free, making it the perfect choice for gluten-free diets or those with Celiacs. Quinoa is also a complete protein with high iron levels and registers low on the Glycemic Index.
