Northwest Airlines Corporation (NWA Corp), through its principal subsidiary, Northwest Airlines, Inc. (Northwest), operates passenger and cargo airlines worldwide. Northwest directly serves approximately 239 cities in 21 countries principally in North America, Asia, and Europe. It operates hubs at Detroit, Minneapolis/St. Paul, and Memphis; a Pacific route system with a hub in Tokyo; and a transatlantic joint venture with KLM Royal Dutch Airlines (KLM), which operates through a hub in Amsterdam....
