OffTheScale is a health platform for nutritional education, exercise classes, lifestyle change tools, and community support. The OTS Behavior Change Intervention program establishes a progression firewall, preventing rising-risk population groups crossing into the high-risk, highest-cost healthcare threshold. It allows its users to better manage their healthy lifestyles. The app includes features around nutrition tracking, exercise monitoring, and behavioral change. OffTheScale OTS Professional uses their companion mobile application to keep in touch with their group, review meal pictures, activity goals, and trends, comment on progress and provide personalized feedback and motivation. It combines weekly in-person sessions run by our certified healthcare professional.
