One of A Kind Technologies, founded in 2012, with more than 65 employees across 5 companies, active world-wide. In August 2012, One of A Kind Technologies acquired Beltech B.V., a company with 25 years existence at that moment. Since then it has acquired VIMEC Applied Vision Technology, also a company with 25 years existence, in 2014. In 2015 the companies Crux Agribotics and Smart Vision Center were founded to address new markets with existing and new product market combinations. In 2017 Uniq ... Engineering was founded to expand the turn key engineering capability towards customers and to secure future talent in Multi disciplinary development. One of A Kind Technologies has a lean organization model where the individual companies are responsible for the day to day operations. The Executive Team is directly involved with the daily operations and supported by Finance, HRM and Office Management. Strategy is determined together with representatives across the group from all disciplines. Besides focus on growth, professionalization and innovation, the group strives for optimal synergy between its individual companies. More
