OCL strives to empower and individually support people with intellectual, developmental, and other disabilities in their efforts to live as integral members of their community. They have been providing services to persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities. They offer different self-direction options so the client can choose their level of support. The agency OCL Office of human resources, support broker, and the fiscal intermediary will also be there to support the client in maintaining this model.
