Additionally, students can apply for local and state scholarships, as well federal grants and loans through the FAFSA. However, if you’re interested in transferring to a four-year institution, Otero Junior College has 2+2 transfer agreements with several Colorado universities, including CSU Fort Collins, Adams State College and Mid-America Christian University.More
