Paaminnasi (previously known as Yengminnasi) was founded back in 2009, when Paaminnasi was started it was just a blog where normal day-to-day local (Manipuri) updates were done. Being worked by just 1 person Paaminnasi wasn't that popular until 2013. Paaminnasi was funded with $10000 by CHANGBIYU Inc. on 11-10-2013. The company got a new name "Paaminnasi" which meant "Come Lets Read Together" [Language : Manipuri]. Then the site shifted from just a Blogger blog to a big server. Then the company ... made a new platform where people could post news updates and earn money, the project was already setup and was also put on few fund raiser sites like Indiegogo, Fundly etc. Sadly non of the projects could earn from the fund raiser sites. The site was going down day by day as the company couldn't earn from the ads shown and the company had to constantly pay the publishers. The site and the concept was modified several times so that ad revenues could increase. Successfully in the month of August, 2014 the site settled down to a news and entertainment site. Whiten 1 month the site started earning and the site's readers are constantly increasing. The company is now a corporate news and media publishing site.
