The senior team has worked together for a long time. Prior to establishing PEP, they led the largest and most successful strategy consulting business in the region. Established in 1998, PEP Funds have made more than 23 operating company investments, and more than 70 bolt-on acquisitions. PEP IV (raised in 2008, A$2.7 billion Core, A$1.3 billion Co-invest) is in the advanced stages of deploying its capital. The firm has more than A$6 billion equity funds under management; PEP Fund IV is the largest private equity fund investing in Australia and New Zealand.
