Pacifica Graduate University is a unique institution located in the stunning coastal town of Santa Barbara, California. Pacifica offers graduate degrees in depth psychology and mythology, with programs designed for future psychotherapists, scholars and educators. Pacifica’s academics include master’s and doctoral degrees in Clinical Psychology, with a concentration in: * Psychotherapy * Somatic Studies * Community Psychology * Jungian Studies Pacifica also offers master’s deg... rees in Mythological Studies and in Engaged Humanities and the Creative Life. All programs are interdisciplinary, including study of such additional subjects as Literature, the social sciences and religion. Students attend school two weekends per month. This makes attending school feasible for those with full-time jobs and other obligations. Admissions requirements vary depending on the program of study. Those applying to the doctoral programs in Clinical Psychology should have done substantial coursework in the field. Transcripts, a resume and an academic writing sample are also required. Finalist applicants will interview with a Pacifica faculty member. Pacifica Graduate School offers student loans to help students pay tuition fees.
