Pantarhei Bioscience BV (PRB) is a limited liability company (Besloten Vennootschap) located in the Netherlands focussing on the development of innovative concepts for woman’s health and hormone-related cancer treatments. PRB has founded a subsidiary company – Pantarhei Oncology (PRO) – to develop treatments for Endocrine Cancer. PRB has developed a product pipeline based on its ability to identify novel medical uses of existing molecules, drugs, hormones, biologicals and combinations t... hereof in these areas of medicine. The main areas of expertise of PRB are reproductive hormone related treatments and diseases such as contraception and menopausal hormone therapy (MHT). The main areas of expertise of PRO are breast cancer, prostate cancer and ovarian cancer . PRB develops patent protected new treatment concepts up to proof-of-concept (PoC) in the human (phase II). Using existing molecules often provides first evidence of safety. The business model of the Pantarhei companies is based on creating intellectual property (IP) of new concepts ad inventions, in-house project management and outsourcing of all research and development activities. After successful PoC, data and IP are licensed out to a licensee or partner for completion of clinical development (phase III), regulatory approval and sales and marketing by a licensee/partner.More
