This is an association of IT Industry professionals in process of formation. The Association intends to form a Limited Company in England. Patents, involving varying aspects of the commercial applications of virtual machines and Cloud Technologies, will be transferred to the company. The current progress covers the virtualisation of servers and desktops for SMEs with the most common applications and their automated administration etc. where patents can be filed. Product Champions are being sought. Please Note. 1) The reputation of any person approaching the company will be enquired into exhaustively over a long period. No person or legal entity using exploitative techniques to infringe on and steal the rights of others or otherwise abuse others will be considered. 2) No other persons of criminal inclination or criminal record will be acceptable as a Product Champion. 3) Investors are offered common shares and Directorships. 4) No patent descriptions or original technical processes are kept online or accessible to any other party except the Associates. Any logged attempt to access patents will be reported to the Police as attempted theft of intellectual property.More
