PICASOLAR
Picasolar commercializes the efficiency improvement in solar power. The Hydrogen Super Emitter (HSE) process increases solar cell conversion efficiency while reducing the number of silver gridlines. This enables manufacturers to save money through reduced materials use while increasing the total watts produced. The HSE utilizes atomic hydrogen generated from tap water for to achieve this. Picasolar’s partners include University of Arkansas, Georgia Institute of Technology, Meyer Burger, and Arkansas Science and Technology Authority. Picasolar was founded in 1974.
