PORT OF KINGSTON
Port Of Kingston enhances the economic and social well-being of the port district residents by the support of the economy, and by providing a waterfront facility for recreation and leisure activities. They provide a public agency to maintain a landing dock for mosquito fleet steamers that provide transportation around puget sound. The Port will then shift its efforts to developing a protected harbor and marina facilities. The Port of Kingston’s district extends from Indianola in the south to Port Gamble in the north, covering the eastern half of the peninsula between those two towns.
