PRIMARY CARE CONNECT

Primary Care Connect is regarded as a community health service that is able to reach vulnerable and hard-to-reach groups. It has 25 programs focusing on a range of health and wellbeing issues. They provide a broad range of services that include drug and alcohol services, primary health care, family violence services, financial services, refugee services, youth services, indigenous services. They help to reduce gambling harm through community education and gambling venue support. They offer a range of services including counseling, advocacy, referrals, court support, health coaching and exercise programs, youth-specific support to help educate and assist members of the Indigenous community or community connected.
