Primipair will have a listing of all varieties of home-related services and will show the licensed and verified home service professionals to the homeowners to choose from. Primipair will make sure the homeowners have a safe and convenient interaction with the home service professional that they hire through the Primipair platform (website and app). The Primipair platform (website and app) will be the homeowners' portal to the world of the home services industry. Primipair will be the best platform for independent home service professionals to list their services to homeowners. Primipair will provide a seamless platform for home service professionals to list their services, confirm appointments, collect customer data, collect payments, collect reviews, and more, all under one platform. Primipair was founded on March 2022, by the one and only founder, Arta Kashef. Arta started working for an HVAC company as a Director of Operations. Arta saw the problem of homeowners struggling to find a home service professional contractor when they have a specific home-related problem, or the homeowners having trouble with dealing with home service professionals, whether getting scammed or getting bad service, or hiring unlicensed professionals, etc. Same for home professionals, some did not get paid by their customers, or had other problems dealing with the customer, also home service professionals were struggling with collecting payments, reviews, invoicing, building a reputation, or scheduling appointments, as they have to use many different apps to do all. Arta saw the opportunity to create an all-in-one platform for both home service professionals, and homeowners, have all home-related services listed on the platform and have all features included, to make the experience for both home service professionals and homeowners safe, easy, and convenient. By verifying the identity of both homeowners and the licenses of the home service professionals, and regulating the online marketplace on its platform, Primipair will be the first company to solve the home service industry as a whole, being the Uber, Airbnb, Fiverr, or Upwork of the home service industry, with a strong brand and reputation, expanding all around the globe.
