Producta Vignobles is a union of cooperatives that markets branded and château wines from four terroirs of the Bordeaux region. The company covers 24,000 hectares of vineyards across central Bordeaux, Bergerac, Saint-Émilion, and Medoc. The process involves destemming and crushing of the grapes, followed by alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature using selected yeasts, with around 2 weeks on skins to provide a specific taste.
